If you want to ship to other countrys, please ask us for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the shipment and on the country of destination. Packing will not be extra charged.

Customs (import) duties: Deliveries in EU countries are invoiced at gros price incl. German Value Added Tax and are customs duty-free by receipt. Deliveries to countries outside of the European Union are invoiced at net prices; customs duties and fees are payable by the Customer upon receipt of the goods. Example Switzerland: the Customer has to pay customs duty if the Swiss Value Added Tax payable on the ordered goods exceeds 5 CHF. In addition, the Swiss Post charges 10 CHF extra fees. Deliveries with a Swiss Value Added Tax lower than 5 CHF are customs duty-free and the Swiss Post does not charge the aforementioned extra fee. So, excemption from import duties is depending on the actual daily exchange rate as well as on the actual regulation of the Swiss customs authority.

Right of Return: You can buy in our shop without any risk! If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods, you may, within two weeks from receipt, return the goods received without being required to indicate grounds. In this case you get both shippings costs back! Further details see in our General Conditions of Business, §6 Right of Return.

Delivery time: If the ordered products are on stock, we will ship these within 1-2 working days after payment. The Customer will be informed about the expected delivery time via email.

Terms of Payment

Price and tax: All prices are in Euro and include the German value added tax. Customers outside of the European Union the net prices WITHOUT V.A.T. will be displayed after login, i.e. delivery will take place without charging the German Value Added Tax. The same for Business Clients within the European Union after sending us their International V.A.T. - Ident Number.

You can choose between the following payment methods:

• bank transfer,
• PayPal (credit card or direct debit, registration within PayPal required),
• secure credit card payment via Payone with VISA or MasterCard as well as debit card payment with VISA Electron if the card is authorised by your bank.
